Just spoke to Celeste who found a bug in the serviceNow integration.
1. On an existing case, trigger the Devops Integration so a new work item is being created
2. Change the priority in ServiceNow
3. See that the system info field is overwritten.
This should not be the case as it is very confusing. Could you check with Celeste to verify the scenarip and work with the Devoteam to fix?
